GREEK BREAKFAST

Hospitality or Filoxenia has been a trademark of Greeks throughout the millennia and has always been associated with offering food to guests.
In extending our hospitality to our guests we wish to offer a glimpse of our culture and way of life, inviting them to taste what our land has to offer.

This special section features fresh produce from local farmers, cooked or baked in own kitchen, using local recipes for sweet or savory delights:
  • A wide selection of fresh fruits, picked daily at local orchards so they vary each month
  • Local grown vegetables, in salads or grilled, olives, olive oil, feta and wine cheese and “villager’s” sausages
  • Local farm eggs cooked in many ways and in “Greek omelette” variations
  • Pies made with our own short crust pastry, with a combination of fresh vegetables, local cheese, chicken or bacon.
  • Bread loafs, rusks, bread rolls and breadsticks plain or whole grain with a wide assortment of ingredients such as olives, feta, multi-seeds and homemade breakfast bars.
  • For a sweet ending there are traditional honey-syrup filo sweets like baklava, walnut cake, syrupy ravani cake, semolina halva and homemade marmalades.
